Seller was quick to ship item and when item came in I noticed a strap was broken on the boot. Contacted the seller just to ask what kind of strap he used to replace the old strap that was on before so I could try to find one to fix the issue. Seller was very sorry I had an issue with the purchase and sent me a replacement to make it up. It also made it easier so I didn't have to try and figure out where I could get a replacement. Top notch Seller would highly recommend .
