received item as described. item was not damaged though the packaging material could have been more substantial than just wadded up paper. Installed and after several hours, it was making ice. fortunately, I still have the service manual for my refer and ice maker which informed me that this time lag was normal.

Item was as described and shipped promptly. My only issue was in the way the item was packaged. This is an electronic circuit card with low voltage digital components. as such, it should be packaged in an ESD safe bag to prevent damage from electrostatic shock. The board was packaged in a plastic bag. The unit works fine, but reliability may have been compromised.

amazing price, super quick ship, and ultra well packed. seller is an A+++ by any metric. Unfortunately, the motor did not solve my washer shutting down at 7 min before the final spin. neither did the controller. It was the latch. A $10 part with no machine removal was the solution. It was running on braded hoses from 2007 so I am fine with pulling the machine and replacing those but try the latch first if you run across this issue in the future.
