    *~*~ Not at all Impressive / Not Recommended 3/10 ~*~*

    We picked up this movie mainly for it being an action film and being one of Steven Seagals. We picked it up for free, so we didnt lose much. The movie started out and appeared to be more of a foregin budget-film. We were not at all impressed after watching it. It did have a couple good parts, but nothing worth watching. If you're into Seagals Martial Arts ACTION movies, this ISNT one of them. There is pretty much NO martial arts action. We were not impressed at all, but more disappointed. RENT or BUY? Neither since it may not be worth renting. Definitely watch it before you buy it. OUR RATING: 3/10 (Below Average) We hope this Movie Review helps you in making a better buying decision.     Black Dawn (DVD, 2005)

    Ex-CIA agent John Cole (Seagal) is freelancing his services and has been hired to break James Donovan (John Piper-Ferguson) out of prison. After the break they go to see James's brother Michael who is an arms dealer. In gratitude, the Donovans hire John to sell the parts of a small nuclear bomb to Nicholi, the leader of a Chechan terrorist group. They plan to destroy LA in retaliation for the CIA killing their former leader. John's old partner is spying on the Donovans and they see her spying on them in the middle of their deal with Nicholi. John rescues her and takes Michael hostage. Other CIA agents are after John because they think he killed a few other agents. His aim is to clear his name without being shot and to keep LA from being blown to bits at the same time.

    Steven Seagal

    i like Steven Seagal. i do believe he is a good actor. the way he perform in his film is something different with other actors. it is full of action and the story is rich with ideals. although i dont hear much about his real life, which i think doesnt really matter.. as long as he is professional with his carreer, all is good.
