It only has 8GB of RAM (not 32 as advertised). The battery is dead (must remain plugged in) so it does NOT operate as intended. The SW Command Center was deleted from this machine. When I contacted the seller they 1) ignored the 32GB lie, 2) said they didn't know about the battery and 3) suggested I go to HP to download the SWC2 myself. I asked for a $50 refund to buy RAM (only supports 16, not 32) and a new battery because the item does not work as advertised. They refuse. Terrible seller.
