The item was completely in packaging but I opened to test one of them and it was I hard to apply. It’s bulky like chat & smelled old & spoiled . To completely remove I had to use alcohol and the foul smell still lingers on my lip. I pray i don’t have a reaction. I only tested because I have purchased multiple bonne bell lip products that still smelled great & were wearable. My rating is due to description not advising not to use etc.. THESE ARE FOR COLLECTING ONLY!
