The seller not only gave a great product (in this case a Gateway monitor) for a surprisingly cheap deal, but when the product (at first it *seemed*) didn't work right for me, and I contacted him to complain, he took the time to troubleshoot the issue for me, and his solution worked! My issue was the wrong type of cable which was causing a color display issue. This was a great experience, he's knowledgeable and willing to help!
