I gave it a lot of thought before leaving a feedback for this seller. When the item arrived I instantly noticed that the power cord was spliced and taped in 3 places, and silicone calking was used to seal the cord inlet. I went back to the listing and saw that it wasn't mentioned. Then I noticed the pictures were taken in such a way as to avoid showing the power cord. When I contacted the seller, they said they hadn't noticed.
He did offer offer me a chance to return it, but I just needed parts.
