It is possible that I shipped a pair of pants with a minor defect as pictured. It is beyond unlikely that the jacket would also have a defect, and the buyer presented no evidence of this claim. Buyer waited 13 days after delivery to report this issue, and I immediately suggested a return. Buyer was unwilling to return my (buyer claimed "unusable") items, insisting on a full refund in exchange for a feedback revision.I do make mistakes, and when I do I fix them, but I won't submit to extortion.
