    Extremely pleased

    The Dutch oven is a beautiful color, and cooks perfectly! I've used it twice since receiving it, once on the stove top, and once for a recipe that needed to go from stove top to oven. Both turned out exactly right. I have an induction range, and this worked perfectly on it. While this can't go in the dishwasher, and needs to be hand washed, the enamel coating makes cleanup easy. The only caution I have for potential buyers is to be aware that cast iron is heavy. That's part of why it retains heat so well, and any cast iron cookware will be heavy - just know what you are buying.

    Awesome product!

    The quality is great. Made a loaf of "No bake beer bread" and it baked so even and with a fantastic crust. Cant wait for my next use, Baked chicken. I'm sure it will be very moist. This is my first dutch oven and I'm sure it will get used a lot.

    Who needs Le Creusette?

    What a great Dutch oven! We love it! Made the best bread the other day and cannot wait to make braised short ribs. Who needs Le Creusette?! Waste of money. Lodge is classic and excellent!

    A porcelain enameled cast iron pot cooks stews, soups, & any chill, or meat dish perfectly. You can even use as a brasier. I highly recommend it.The enamel makes it easy to clean.
