Purchased a used item, is as described and both discs play without issue (the picture in the listing was the item I recieved - no purloined, glossed-out jpeg). Packaged properly, arrived with no issues. Fast turnaround at a modest price. Used items have a stigma on-line, often underseverved, but this vendor is one of a silent many who remind that used isn't useless.

The item arrived securely packaged and it looked brand new. Quick delivery. I wasn't sure if this was the model I needed, so I posted a question. Since there were only two items left, I purchased even though I did not receive a reply. Honestly and to be fair, I didn't wait that long before purchasing. Would have been nice to have received a reply to my question even after I purchased the item. I would purchase from this seller again.

Shipped my item extremely quickly and they even double wrapped the item with the plastic bags/envelopes from USPS. Fairly priced items, quick handover to carrier, and great packing (above and beyond in my opinion). Overall 10/10. We need more sellers like this.

  • DEAD MAN’S SHOES

After seven years in the army, Richard (Paddy Considine) returns to live in a shack in the country outside his childhood home. Richard sleeps on two palets and lives in complete poverty. Material wealth is of no concern to him, though, because he has an agenda: revenge! Richard exacts his revenge upon a gang of drug-dealing hoodlums led by Sony (Gary Stretch) who committed a terrible deed upon his simple-minded brother, Anthony (Toby Kebbel). DEAD MAN’S SHOES is a simple tale about revenge told in a complex fashion. Its production crew superbly tells the story through the use of cinematic conventions like flashbacks, a dynamic film score, and juxtaposing time. DEAD MAN’S SHOES does not rely on excessive gore or lavish special effects. Instead, this film concentrates on crafty story ...

  • A movie worth checking out

I really didn't know what to expect from this movie. Reviews seemed very good for it so I thought I'd give it a try. One bad thing about this movie is that everyone in it has a hard British accent. Most of the time, I couldn't understand what they were saying. Also the cover says, "Thrillingly Brutal". I really didn't think it was very brutal. The actors were hard to understand but, I still was aware of what was going on. The main character continues to have flashbacks of things that this group of guys had done to his brother. More and more of the story comes into place as the movie continues. Three quarters of the way through the movie I was glued to my TV waiting for what would happen next. The movie definitely has a very powerful and emotional storyline and ...

  • A favorite revenge flick

Perfect casting and acting. Realistic and very believable. A veteran returns from service to the small town where his slow-witted brother was killed by druggie low lifes. Hilarity ensues. Ok, not really, but there are some laugh out loud scenes. They transit, however, into terrifying darkness, and a dreadful reckoning. Brilliant and appropriate use of music, "De Profundis." This is not an action film, this is a psychological film - very well done.

If you haven't ever seen this movie, it's your loss! This is hands down, one of thee best revenge movies to ever hit the screen. Shane Meadows is on his way up as one of the best producers to have lived and not without props to Paddy Considine & Toby Kebbell couldn't have delivered a more riviting performance.
