I never received the sublimation ink and I didn’t receive the sublimation paper with my printer. It says I would receive the sublimation ink and paper with my printer and I only received the printer. I would have gone through a different person if I knew it wasn’t included like it was advertised. This is the first bad experience I have had on here.

It is well worth the Money.
I like it, it's not bad to set up. But the only thing; I wish the paper holder was in the front and enclosed, because where the paper holder is on this printer to dispense the papers into the printer is in the back on top and if it's up against a wall or something else; the papers get wrinkled or bent. But everything else is great especially I can see how much ink is in the machine to the other type( cartridges), yea you can look up how much ink is in the printer. Ink on the Epson it's visible and such a value I have printed alot and it doesn't look like it used any ink. The ink is cheaper then the HP cartridges I used and I Love it; it's a 3 in one; scanner, copier and prints and it's not as big as my old HP pinter. the other thing is I can't figure out how to scan items to my Mac ... I like it, it's not bad to set up. Not G5 compatible
It took three calls to tech support over two days to get it up and running, only on third call did I learn that it can't work with g5 internet speed. So I can't use the wireless aspect of the printer - something I really wanted but got it wired to my Chromebook and it works. Happy to be done with tone cartridges, but haven't had to refill the tanks yet so hoping it'll be as easy as it turned out to be when I got a tech support person whose accent didn't hamper our interaction.It took three calls to tech support over two days to get it up and running, only on third call did I learn that it can't work with g5 internet speed. Great Color Printer But Not Perfect Machine.
