Product Information

Time Crisis is a first-person shooter in which gamers take on the role of Richard Miller, a special agent assigned to rescue the president's daughter. She is being held hostage by the evil Sherudo Garo and his gang. Players may Select from either "Story" mode or "Timed" mode. "Story" mode takes players through each of the four stages in sequence, with an exclusive PlayStation-only level sending Miller off to a mysterious hotel. In "Timed" mode, players must make their way through the stage of their choice, and they must do so as quickly as possible. Time Crisis features hidden power-ups which can be attained by shooting inanimate objects or by killing a specific number of enemies.

Time Crisis The American Version for PlayStation 1.
In 1997 Namco released a light gun game for the PlayStation called "Time Crisis." Time Crisis was originally released in the arcades in 1995. The story for the arcade mode is The president's daughter Rachel Macpherson has been kidnapped by 2 madmen by the names of Sherudo Garo and Wild Dog. Richard Miller is sent in by the VSSE to rescue Rachel Macpherson. The graphics are good for their time. It is one of my favorite light gun games and games on the PlayStation and I love this game a lot. The soundtrack is great. You can put the disc in a CD player and use the game disc as an music CD. You also have a special story with different paths and different endings. It is a must buy for die hard light gun fans. Lot's of fun!
When i first came home to witness my brother playing this game along side his friend, I was blown away. I never imagined being able to play this game in my own home! I only got the chance to play this while at an arcade, with what little cash I had. The three of us went on a binge, playing this game hours on end, trying to salvage every live we had. With only 7 credits, and 3 lives per credit, this game was awfully hard to finish. Even so, that was what made this game great. If this game offered unlimited credits, I would not have enjoyed it nearly as much. I was sketchy about the controller and it's accuracy, but my doubts were proven dead wrong. Even today, the quality of performance in the Guncon controller amazes me. The only downside is it's only compatible with CRT's (those ...
