The C128D system was shipped and arrived quickly, was not quite adequately packed, and is exactly as described and pictured. The unit had minimal padding and sustained a slight dent in the case. Luckily the keyboard was not damaged. They are hard to come by. I am very satisfied with the purchase and experience, but I hope in the future the seller adds a little more padding for shipping systems. Recommend seller for item accuracy, speed of service, and their effort (bought multiple items + times)
