How are you? I wish you a good day. I bought adidas clima cool /fifa 2002 coca cola/ through your website. Said new shoes. However, the glue on the shoes had come off. and it was covered with pale white /salty/ color. The hard parts of the shoe have softened and crumbled to the touch. You can see in the video. Unable to wear. If you wear it, it will tear or break. How can I solve this complaint?

He says "How are you?".But I have not received any messages or return requests from him even after I contacted about his complaint. This shoes are old vintage and made more than 20 years ago. I explained "There is possibility broken while using because they are vintage." in the description. I can refund or accept return but I cannot contact with him.
