Listing states armature is "NEW". It is NOT, and call to customer service admits so. They are refurbished original parts. Mine arrived with grungy old grease in the worm gear and a nick in the commutator.

THE PHOTO OF THE ARMATURE IN THIS FEEDBACK IS NOT THE ITEM THAT WE SHIPPED TO THE BUYER. NOT SURE, HOW THAT WOULD HAPPEN. WE STILL OFFERED A COMPLETE REFUND AND TO COMPENSATE FOR ANY ISSUES WITH HIS PURCHASE. FOR SOME REASON, HE DID NOT WANT A REFUND.
