Prompt seller response and shipping. Packaging acceptable from outside, bubble wrap inside. Contents appear it was shipped with a catapult. (see pics) Listing photo/damage .neq. new. Do I want to spend time replacing the 4 capacitors that have been pulled? Uggh. Do I want to bend the metal chassis so it will mount? not really. Do I want to package up a chunky item and return? no. Why not a negative feedback? Because the seller at least took preliminary steps to comply with seller ethic.
