I appreciate the initial refund I received & the willingness of the seller to work with me and UPS. I understand it must've been very frustrating. UPS delivered an empty package for me (it was a ripped plastic bag, and I think a perfume could be packaged much better for a 14$ shipping) and it took about a month to resolve it. I only wish that seller would let me know that they received a refund, I had to contact UPS to find that out. But everything is great and overall, sigh, it's all good now!
