Guitar arrived safe and sound to NY, as-described and was packed well. However shipping with FedEx took awhile and was held up in the FedEx Sennan-Shi facility for 7 days. I don't think that was the seller's fault. Communication with the seller was also a bit slow whenever I had a question but he eventually got back to me. Overall I would purchase from the seller again. (FWIW I would 100% recommend DHL over FedEx for anything coming from Japan to the US).
