This product has changed its composition (and packaging). Rose & Co. appear to have been bought by Grafton Int., with the latter now manufacturing it and seeming to have altered the proportion of the ingredients (see photos - my previous tin is on the left and the one I've just bought on the right). It no longer has its traditional strong smell. Time will tell if it remains as effective in this new form.
