    Worth Paying Extra

    Out of the 5 different brands of 19 inch TV/DVD players I have used in the past 2 years, the Toshiba model is one of the top two. It is reliable, durable and so easy to use. The sound and picture quality are quite good. It has been a relief to have a TV/DVD unit that ANYONE can operate without having to stop and walk them through directions, toggling menu commands, referring to instruction manuals, etc. The Toshiba is what I expect from a TV.

    Great TV

    I was looking for a wall mounted tv for my daughters room but it ended up in my room instead. It works great, very pleased so far. I had read reviews on it before purchasing. Yes the lcd gets hard to see when at an angle = we got a wall mount that tilted. Yes the volume isn't very loud = the sound seems to be louder in the back of the tv, it doesn't bother us too much only on really quit parts of movies other than that this tv is bound for my daughters room anyway so she doesn't need high volume. Overall we like this tv very much and will probably look for this in a bigger size when this one heads to the kid room.

    Unfortunately did not work for me

    When this unit arrived it looked terrific. It did not, however, pick up any HD channels when set up, and because of my location I decided it might need an HD antennae which I bought and attached to no avail. I finally had a cable brought into the room from my roof antennae and even with that the set would only pick up one of 14 local HD stations. Since I had the roof antennae in the room I hooked up my 35 year old analog TV with a converter box and have been watching clear beautiful pictures on all 14 channels. The DVD player did work and produced a good high definition picture with crisp images. It just didn't work for me so I returned it and went back to my old reliable set!

    Toshiba 19LV505 19 in. LCD TV TV/DVD Combo

    Thse Toshiba is an excellent flat screen..color is bright, We bought this combo or our Motorhome..it is the perfect size and fits on a mount that is perfect for the RV..
