    Incredible Phaser pedal built tough

    I bought this pedal mainly for show since I play bass. In the few cover bands I've been in its always nice to have the effect. Very few songs unless I was doing something Van Halen tunes which has flanger or phaser on bass. I've always liked Digitech for their reliability. granted the X-Series or any digital pedal for that matter is not advisable to use batteries. This pedal draws up to 533 milliamps @ 9 volts so that explains why battery life is so short. You need an external psu.
