    Busy Peoples Diabetic Cookbook

    I decided to buy it because I have hypoglycemia and I am getting my diet, blood sugar and weight under control. It is a good cook book but I just substitute all natural Stevia powder or Nevella sweetener for any sugars substitute that she puts in her recipes. All her sugar substitutes have aspartame in them and I refuse to put that in my body. Other than that, great cookbook! :)
