Got around to building the Lego but end up missing parts , requested return but was turned down , seller communication and customer service is an issue as a long term consistent merchant in the community

The buyer did not purchase any LEGO from us, he purchased another item. So this is the first issue.
Second issue, they never contacted us to resolve any issues.
Third issue, if you buy something you want and you can get free replacement parts from the manufacturer themselves, why don't you check that and get everything you wanted in the first place?
I understand you can not make everyone happy, but we could have helped if the buyer would have reached out about the purchase he actually made.
