to be fair here, I wrote the above BEFORE contacting the seller, so I am in fault here with the negative review. I should have given them a chance to make it right Before I wrote and didn't think. I hang my head in shame, this was unacceptable behavior on my part. They DID contact me and offered to help, btw, so don't penalize them, due to my bad behavior.
