Item was in very good condition & I was properly notified of a slight shipping delay, which I appreciate. However, I felt the seller was inflexible & not as helpful as with most other Japanese sellers. In fairness, item was received in the time frame I was told & it was in good condition so the seller did fulfill their minimum obligation...but not more than that.
