    Book by It's Cover

The book is very nicely done with great photos and clear write-up's. So far, however, the recipes have fallen short and needed major modifications for my bread maker. The recipes in the booklet that came with the machine are far better.

  • Why this book is good even years later

I got this from the library and had to have my own copy. I own a Funai 4 cup bread machine bought at Ames, a store that tanked up awhile ago(Many long years ago) But the Funai machine still works great, since I used it less when I actually worked more, go figure planning time..have I got flour,yeast.. (Moms you know about convience foods plus how soon you have to go back to work even in 90's). It especially was helpful cause of what I baked using it. But when I saw people using machine in best bread maker bread ever recipe at a recipe site I had to laugh. They actually made the dough as if without machine and preferred to take the dough out to bake in conventional oven! This book has great recipes and it is for a machine not just to knead dough. And if you can make you own ...

  • The Complete Guide to Bread Machine Baking

I was given a bread making machine. It did not include a manuel on how to use it. I ordered this book to help me bake bread. I am very happy with this book. The recipes are varied and easy. The author explains how to use bread machines and what problems may accor. This book is easy to understand, well illustrated, and provides instructions for both a small and large machine with each recipe.

  • The Complete Guide to Bread Machine Baking

This is the second copy of this book I have purchased in the last few months. Tried to buy a different one as a gift and it was not even close to being as good as this one, so I bought another of the same. The recipes are scrumptious of those I have tried. Many recipes of different tastes and beautiful pictures. An absolutely wonderful book for just about any bread I could think of and much more. Helpful section to prepare a new baker with explanations and specifics about baking with a bread machine. Every recipe gives the ingredients list for a 1 1/2 pound loaf or a 2 pound loaf. Just about anyone's machine will work with one of those two sizes. Outstanding book I would recommend to anyone.
