This DVD has been very helpful. The instructor goes slowly and explains each pose thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this video to anyone who is trying yoga for the first time.

For me . just starting yoga, this is a very easy to follow, easy to use yoga video . perfect for a beginner like me. I am a photographer and I am all over the place, with teens and babies I stay on the go all the time, by the end of a photo shoot my back is killing me. these gentel stretches and moves really help work out the kinks. I'm starting to feel like I can keep up with all the energetic teens and two year olds.For me . just starting yoga, this is a very easy to follow, easy to use yoga video . perfect for a beginner like me. Great way to start
Great for beginners and first timers. Easy to keep up with. Good instruction. The 16 minute beginners workout is a quick and easy way to increase flexibility without spending a lot of time every day. The instructor has good tips on how to do poses with the use of props until you are flexible enough to go through a workout without them.

Wonderfully Addictive
I lost the VHS tape of this when my home was destroyed by the Camp Fire. Now, 15 months later, I am starting my life over and knew "Yoga for Beginners" needed to be part of my recovery. This is gentle yoga--great for older ladies like me. The pace is slow you can relax into the asanas. Directions are extremely clear and there are instructions to make asanas easier if necessary.
