Incomplete item description and poor communication! The vehicle's battery compartment and vintage graphics box are ruined by acid from leaked batteries. * See attached photos *. The seller offers a ridiculous compensation of $30, or 6.69% of the total cost of the item. The seller interrupted communication unilaterally and does not want to assume his responsibilities in connection with the sale of this item. A fair agreement was possible via a partial refund representing the damages to the item.

A full refund was offered to this buyer because I was not aware that the battery compartment had been damaged (I never opened it up at any time and kept the item stored in a safe environment). I immediately offered a return/full refund. Buyer instead wanted a partial refund, which I was happy to give, up to a reasonable amount. When we were not able to come to an agreement on the dollar amount, I told the buyer I would gladly take the item back and offer a full refund. Buyer refused this.
