Great aerobics-style workouts for a low price
I like the videos - they're fun. A little tough at first (to learn the choreography) but a good workout. You get out of it what you put into it. The teacher has a good personality and lots of energy. She's likable. If you like aerobics classes, I recommend it. You don't need any special equipment to do these workouts.

I’m a bit disappointed the disc skips about half way through but I love the workout I had this workout for many years, but this disc didn’t have the option to pump up the music on the main menu like my original but the skipping is annoying and I have a brand new disc player so it’s not my player🙁

This is a great cardio workout. Like it that there several different workouts so you don't get bored always doing the same thing.
DVD was used so I was a little apprehensive about buying it sight unseen. But it works great! I bought it to use with a group of friends at work who exercise together and we just love it!

With 5 workouts included, this is a great deal. Chalene is energetic and likeable and picks good music to make the workouts fun. Even the 'learn & burn' workout is good, if you keep doing reps while she's explaining the moves.
