The backpack is beautiful and just as described. I’m giving 5 stars on everything except the shipping, which I’m giving 3 stars. The item was originally set to arrive on Feb 3, but didn’t arrive until Feb 9. I reached out to the seller, and her response time and communication was great. Not sure exactly what happened, but it may have been on UPS’s end. The seller had to contact them, and get it resolved. Overall, I’m pleased and happy with the seller.
