    Great Product, Very descriptive and Easy to follow! A++

    These cards are great! They give you step by step instructions, with workout circuits. The cards are in numerical order which makes finding certain circuit cards really easy. You can also mix and match and make your own workouts. This is a great product and these cards will definitely help you get in shape. I highly recommend this item, as a great addition to any workout program. They are a lifesaver and keep your workout new and challenging everyday! A must have for anyone looking to change their exercise/fitness lifestyle for the better and dedicate themselves to fitness and better well-being! A+++++++

    I definitely would recommend HOT Bod in a Box

    I liked these so well that I bought some for my daughter. These are convenient, can take them to the gym. I wish there were more workouts, only 9 but I just rotate them. Photos of the exercises and descriptions are excellent, if you are unfamiliar with an exercise.

    Love the product

    It's awesome. I'm able to due my circuit training and get a great workout when I don't want to go to the gym. I do dvd exercises too so this is a great way to workout when I don't feel like watching the repetitiveness of the dvd's.

    Awesome way to change up your workout!

    Great tool to add flavor to your workout. Easy to understand the drills and do the circuits. Good for beginners to advanced. I enjoyed the variety of exercises and the modifications.
