Belt was advertised as new but I am skeptical... it was dirty and had a small rip. I sent pictures to seller and they offered that I could return it. Due to cost of shipping (which the buyer pays to receive and to return) it wasn't worth returning. Had it been a more expensive item in this condition, I would have returned for sure.
