    Compelling for less advanced self helpers

    I do like the ideas she puts forth but I've been in therapy so long I feel kinda advanced for her style of writing. She lost my interest. But I also hate authors that give lots of "life stories" in their book. So if you enjoy that you will like it. Written well I just don't care about her life. But I got the themes just fine. I'll nevervreread it. Put it on my therapists bookshelf for others to enjoy.

    Read cautiously & with an open mind. Just another book telling our culture what they want to hear currently.

    The book arrived exactly as described! However take everything she says with a grain of salt in terms of the author. There’s some good advice in her writing but not much.

    Great book that can be read on small chapters as needed

    Beautifully written. Powerful example of love and redefining family post divorce. I anticipate going back to this book time and again, and found the short chapters easy to navigate. I could pick it up as time allowed and not feel like I was missing anything if it had been a while since I last read.
