    I had to buy this book for an online class fo college. personally I do not like the book. Even though it is fairly easy to understand there are a lot of typos and the authors used an "artistic liberty" with many words.

    Very straight forward. If you're going into OD Consulting, this book is for you. All of the necessary tools are explained thoroughly in this book.
