Item arrived broken. Had to file through USPS insurance myself and received a refund for the amount paid but not the overcharged shipping fee of $12.45. Seller refused several times to make this right and even refund just a portion of the shipping charge. I am stuck paying for shipping for a broken item. Seller was unreasonable and unwilling to offer a resolution because as they said, "I reached out to eBay directly to verify and was told there isn't anything else to do on my end at this point."
