On 1/21/21 I had placed an order for a necklace that was packaged carelessly resulting in the chain being damaged upon removal. Despite being told by Stefan that a replacement chain was sent on 3/16, nothing has Bern received to date. Neither was the courtesy of a response received to my 4/20 message. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy!
