    Beautiful!

    Caran D’Ache’s Neocolor II Water Soluble Pastel Crayons are one of the most beautiful mediums that I’ve used. They are in a solid form, but when water is added to them, they release a gorgeous shimmery color. They retain their color even after they dry, though they are most vivid when they are layered, allowing each coat to dry, then reapplying until you reach the level of color that you desire. They are not cheap, but they are worth every penny. I tried a less expensive alternative, and I was so disappointed, as it did not hold it’s color, nor did it release it from the paper, the strokes were left behind, while the water just sat in pools around it. Buy the Neocolor II water Soluble Pastel Crayons, you’ll love them!

    Most beautiful rich colors around!

    I got my first set of neocolor2 pastels from a second hand donation to a women's program i was in for recovery. I had no idea how expensive they were but made my drawings come to life on paper. My daughter who was only 4 would never talk on the phone so I started mailing her pictures I drew with my neocolor2 pastels. She would responded to my drawings big time. Now we draw every time we are together ❤ she loves the way when you add water they practically leap off the page! thank you caren dache for your superior products it is a honor to be a artist with neocolor2 pastels as my way to paint life for my daughter to understand.

    Caran D’ache neocolor ll are a great value compared to other sites.

    These Caran D’ache neocolor ll are really good, they work like they show on YouTube. The only problem I had, and it didn’t take long for me to fix was they had a waxy bloom on the outside of the tops and bottoms of them. I don’t know if they come like that or they were a little old but after taking a paper towel and rubbing them they were fine. A really great value
