Initially the wrong item was sent. Seller immediately issued a refund, and ordered the dress that I had ordered. When it arrived it was in perfect condition. The only hang up was eBay's refusal or inability to send me a mailing label, because seller refuded before I could start a refund reqest, even though she made multiple requests.
