Won the auction outright and paid for machines...received a message saying they wouldn't sell me the machines at the price/shipping I paid because the shipping wouldn't cover the cost. (they had set that cost) So, they tried to make up for it with a "single good condition machine". Which, I agreed to. Then they "accidentally" cancelled that order too... I was then sold a single open box machine at the cost of 2 parts machines...ok then. Still, what a bunch of preventable BS on their part.

For a used product, it came in the original box and was packed perfectly. I was beginning to think they sent me a brand new unit until I saw the build plate was used. It arrived a day sooner than expected, and I wanted to finish a few prints before reviewing. Super easy to use and prints come out amazing. Highly recommend this seller

I would give this seller 20 positive reviews if I could. The price seemed too good compared to everything else online, but it was a completely legit product, (Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro), and it arrived in great timing. What is amazing is that I had some issues with the printer, (self-inflicted), but their customer support is top of the line. I sent them pictures and someone texted me back the exact information that I needed with pictures in response. Above and beyond, especially at such a cheap price

im sure everything will be in the box(s) as advertised... really frustrated though... why sendle? to save a few bucks? this is by far the worst shipping company... look at the reviews. don't do this to your other customers please... use a trusted shipper... the cost will be up to the customer and you will get an official tracking code from usps or ups... mine stopped updating about 2 weeks ago and now says its in kc mo... like 2 days ago. 5 out of 5 for everythin else when it gets here.
