Air Flow freer
I have used this product off and on for over a year, when my airways feel reactive. I’m on my 3-4th bottle. I think it helps me significantly—I’m fit but have some asthmatic symptoms certain seasons in NW. I’m 52. Works for clearing phlegm and improving general airflow. I’ve used during wet and dry climate conditions, more consistent use = more results. I take it in morning, when needed. I avoid at night-causes me to cough too much. Does create expectorating, but less disturbing to me than OTC pills or herbal capsules. Helps with 420 crud. Increase water intake. The taste is oddly grassy but I’m accustomed now; I refrigerate it and it doesn’t linger so much.
