Cute bear shipped quickly. 4/5 stars. Why? Grody box (black crud/mold?) on one end. Bear was not wrapped well in the single sheet bubble wrap to protect from damage or moisture. Consequently, teddy was missing an eye (caught way down in box crevice) from rough traveling, finally discovered after turning box upside down so eye fell to the floor. A bit inaccurate condition: eyes plastic, not glass; recovered pads, not original. Some "boo-boos" not mentioned or shown. Still, positive sale overall.
