    The Gruffalo's Child

    A friend bought us the first book called "the Gruffalo" and our 3 year old loves it, so when I saw that there was another book about the Gruffalo I had to buy it and we were not dissapointed. It really is a great story that both kids and adults enjoy reading BUT you should get the first book before reading this book. Now everytime we drive by a forest my daughter asks "is there a gruffalo in those woods"? The book is probably best for kids that are not scared of animals, or at least 3 or 4 years old. Younger kids might get a little frightened but that's what makes it so exciting too.

    I loved the first book “Gruffalo” and the second book entitled “Gruffalo’s Child. My first graders loved both books. The rhyming is wonderful and the storyline is great. 😊

    Wonderful book!! My son loves it!

    My son loves many of Julia Donaldson's books including this one. Very good illustrations throughout the book. He loves the part where mouse tricks the Gruffalo. He loved the book so much that I ended up buying an audio story of the same. Other goos books by the same author are The spiffiest giant in the town, Stickman.
