Item was shipped in a timely manner, and tracking number given. There was an issue and fedex lost the package. Seller responded quickly to my messages, followed up with fedex and when it was certain that bag was lost forever, they refunded my order 100%. They were very professional and I would buy from them again. The issue with shipping was not their fault.
