I purchased this being that it was advertised as new. Unfortunately I was having pairing it with my phone so I contacted Plantronics directly. They informed me that the Bluetooth was out of warranty and support being that it was manufactured in 2019 and to return it and get my money back. I finally paired the Bluetooth but feel that an adjustment should be made because this is a unit that more than likely will stop working in the near future.

It works great, use it w/ Google assistant all the time. I would have given it 5 stars, if not for battery life. It states 7 hrs but it doesn't get close to that. Most I've ever gotten is about 4 hrs and that's with phone calls n streaming music n by the way music sounds suprisingly good. The 2 phone option works great. We bought 2 of these n my brother has 2 phones, 1 for work n personal phone. He uses one Bluetooth headset for them both n it works great. He has it paired to his iPhone 8+ n samsung Android. I bought the same one in Best bay three years ago, the same is the same, it is what.rwgale. My daughter bought this same but it has been dated, it is not original or authentic, it is an invention to get closer to the original brand.

Easy on the ears--and the eyes!
The Plantronics Explorer headsets don't hurt your ears, stay in with a plastic loop and don't look like you have icicles hanging out of your ears--rate top notch in my book. Generally easy to connect, holds a charge and the charger magnetic cord is very cool. Be aware that the hang up and connect "button" does not show as a button on the outside of the case--it is just below the LED light indicator. I lost my original one which was a gift from a friend who shared the technology. I was a bit skeptical about this product in ebay for this price point when other retailers are selling for twice this price. But I just wanted to give it a shot and I'm glad I tried. It is a wonderful device and exactly does what was advertised. I have tried plantronics M55 in the past and that was bit heavy for my ears. But this one is light and does not hurt my ears and grips well at the same time. The range is also pretty decent.
