Upon agreeing to combined shipping of two pillows they had I was billed the $15.99 ea as originally showed on the items. How ever they had agreed to combine the shipping if I purchased his over inflated prices on discontinued spa pillows for my hot tub. When I confronted them about the double billing they chose to neglect my messages as he said because I didn't purchase them outside of E-Bay he couldn't make the credit adjustment.

Pump arrived FAST!! The pump was packaged in its original factory packaging and it was easy to tell the pump was brand new as described. Pump fired right up after install and works like a charm. Want to note that the replacement pump appears to be built better than the original factory installed pump. Would definitely use this seller again for future hot tub part replacement purchases.

    Great replacement

    Pump motor is same as Hayward, Polaris brands, older style: Century makes them.. It is noticeably different when seeing in action: volute moves forward at start, and it sends more pressure to the pool vac which now needs only 10-15 minutes to get pool clean. It makes a bit more noise, only a bit, and gasps when it shuts off, probably the rectraction of the volute makes that noise. Longevity would be the critical rating factor, but after a few days in action, there is no way to project longevity. I would give it 4 1/2 stars, and that's the highest I would give ANY pump.

    Waterway Booster Pump

    Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the booster pump and hoses included. Appears to be quieter than my Polaris PB4-60 (when new). Even with cost of hiring someone to install because I was not well at the time of arrival of the pump, I came out with less expense than buying the previous brand pump.
