Overall very happy with seller. Item shipped quickly and as described but, when I unboxed it , I noticed that there was no key. When I reached out to ask about the missing key, the seller responded immediately, apologized for omitting it from the description, gave me an immediate refund and told me I didn't need to return the lock. Also gave me advice to search online on how to re-key without an original key. I was able to rekey to my current house key, install it and it is working great.

    Great Infinity controller

    I used this to replace an old Infinity control that had stopped displaying the correct temperature. I was told that this was the replacement for it and the one I had was no longer made. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to do the replacement myself but the installation instructions were quite good and I had no problems. I love the new touch control. Much easier to turn the heat pump on and off with this controller and just nicer to use in general. Very happy with my purchase.
