Here, Evan Trehorn (Ashton Kutcher) is a college student who has suffered from blackouts and memory loss since he was a child. Tormented by deeply repressed childhood memories, he has visions of his best friend and first love Kayleigh (Amy Smart) as a child (Irene Gorovaia) whose Dad (Eric Stoltz) is a child molester, and whose brother Tommy has a serious sadistic streak. In search of greater clarity, Evan pores over his journals and is physically transported back in time where he is still a young boy (John P. Amedori) and has the ability to change what happened. But soon he realizes that changing history has caused calamitous results elsewhere. A mesmerizing thriller with a dark underlying mystery, THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT is delightfully chilling.

    Could It Be Any Better?????????

    I could start off with the norm, oh I received my movie on time, it was in excellent shape, etc., but no I'm not. What I will tell you is how ebay as a whole makes the shopper feel from the standpoint of a hesitant on-line person. I was made to feel so at ease and secure while I browsed, checked out, reviewed objects long before I did purchase my umd for my psp. Yes it was in the most perfect condition and it came very speedily compared to how long I thought it would take. I've had horrendous experiences with competitive sites, but for all it's worth, I felt "safe" ordering on-line with ebay and it was not confusing. My next purchase will be with ebay, no matter what it is that I am looking for. Thanks ebay for making my life just a little more simpler.

    used but good condition!

    i love not paying full price. whats the point of paying full price when you can buy used. when you buy a umd it has a protective case on it so there isnt much room to scratch it. definately prefere buying over the web. no driving no waiting in line and the selection is far better than any walk in store. if yer cheap like me i recommend buying online.just make sure you do yer research. this review says that i need to write a 100 word review but what the hell else can i say?

    Great movie, fowl lang..

    It was a movie I had seen a long time ago and remembered it was good, so I baught it, and just as I remember, it is still a great movie.. not good for kids, lots of fowl language and adult references.. but other than that, the 14 and up croud (being that I am a strict parent). But you are sure to enjoy it....
