Sweet Guitar
Nothing lengthy. I use this guitar for Jazz because it sounds and feels good yet it's lighter than my other larger hollow body guitars. The smaller body is easier on this old man and the classic natural color is easy on the eyes. I have no trouble getting sweet jazz tone and I really don't use the bigsby much. Noise level form the pickups is minimum and the choice of tones is exceptional. The neck contour is great and the action was very close to my preference. I lowered the bridge a bit and played. It was that good. I got to give a shout out to Crazy Daves Music as this guitar was exactly as he described it, mint. Not a flaw anywhere. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Nothing lengthy. Very nice guitar
I was looking for a hollow body that wouldn't cramp me while playing in a seated postition. The Wildkat is slightly larger than a Les Paul and fits the bill quite nicely. I find it odd that Gibon does not produce a similarly scaled hollow body. For a Cort built product, the components are top notch, grover tuners, Bigsby and P90 pups. It provides a very differnt solid quality to my Tele and Strat and is just plain fun to play. If you actively use teh Bigsby, be ready to retune a lot. I have heard that a roller bridge can make a big differnce, but don't use teh Bigsby enough to justify the effort of changing out teh bridge. Woodwork and finish are pretty good overall. I can't say enough about this guitar. It plays well, sounds good, and looks amazing. This particular model was made in Korea, and I love it. The newer China made models have issues with poor quality and electrical wiring. If you are going to get one, try to get an older one that was not made in China. Note that it is a little neck heavy because of the hollow body so be prepared for that.

if you like a super chunky neck, this is the guitar for you! I love this guitar. great pick-ups, vintage sound with the great p-90 hum. I don't thing you will find a nicer guitar in this price range.
