The AF Zoom-Nikkor 70-300 mm f/4-5.6G is a portable telephoto zoom lens featuring Nikon quality optics, high-performance Nikon Super Integrated Coating and a rounded diaphragm opening, which makes out-of-focus elements appear more natural. This lens is designed with no aperture rings. With the G-type Nikkor lens, the aperture should be selected on the camera body for aperture-priority auto and manual exposure mode. The lens is fully compatible with the F5, F100, F80, F65, F60, F50, F-401-series, PRONEA 600i, PRONEA S and D1 cameras. The AF Zoom-Nikkor 70-300 mm f/4-5.6G lens represents a different level of operational ease for Nikon users - even first-time SLR users.

    Great Value for the money

    I looking for 70-300 mm. with low cost that why I buy this one. After tesing it found it does not easy to control speed as too much eat lighting. How ever I use it with my Nikon D90. I can take ISO up to 1000 for more hight speed then after I can process for a good file by Nikon capture NX and Nikon software and PS. As Now I very happy with this 70-300 mm. I suggeat for some one want to buy this. You may use with camera can do high ISO for easy control the speed shutter. Use it under sunshine only, Indoor'not good for it.

    Good product with good price

    This lens have a good quality, at 300mm need a tripod for good quality. The Focal ajustment is very good, but the zoom is a bit hard. But for the price, and for a 70-300mm i think it's very good.

    Nikon AF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 G Nikkor Lens

    this is an excellent accompaniment to my 28-105 lens may be cheap but it does not compromise on quality even second hand easy and also a pleasure to use and have already taken a shed load of cracking pics with it very pleased overall with my purchase and if anything happened to this one I'd be back on eBay looking for a replacement!! I'd recommend this lens to anyone just starting out with digital photography.
