The product was brand new in the mfg packaging and shipping information was provided before my purchase payment card cooled off. I believe this was the best price available but to be honest I chose them for their reputation, the professionalism of their description page and that USPS tracking was provided. That they are women-owned wasn't known until I got it early and well packed to avoid damage. I highly recommend them. GREAT SELLER! AAA++++

Then, the package arrived with the package all torn up and missing an end cap on 1 of the rollers. from the tracking information, it appears that the package was delivered to someone else and they returned it to the shipping facility who then delivered it to me. Since I was already issued a refund, I am satisfied with the transaction. I have bought from the seller before and been very satisfied.

As far as the item's appearance, the item arrived as 2 loose belts inside a generic mailing plastic envelope without any type of Genuine Hoover packaging which reflects badly on the Genuine claim in the item's listing title.
